Many Town of Bayfield utility customers will see a doubled balance on their utility bills this month. In March, Town sent a letter to all utility customers advising that the March billing and April billing would be combined on the April billing statement due to software changes.
Any utility customers who did not make a pre-payment for the March billing will see a higher balance on the April billing statement.
Going forward, utility bills will be mailed monthly.
Customers will now be able to see balances online, set up automatic payments, and sign up for paperless billing at our new Xpress Bill Pay interface.
